Came back for dinner with friends and tried several new dishes. The pickled pepper frog was my favorite. It was spicy, tangy, and full of flavor, with plenty of vegetables and tofu skin in the pot. The portion was very generous. The black cod with pickled cabbage was also excellent. The fish was very tender, and even the smaller portion was enough to share. The dry-fried green beans were a surprise favorite. They had great wok flavor, were cooked perfectly, and weren’t greasy. We also enjoyed the shrimp wontons and spicy chicken. The restaurant is spacious and bright, with a large menu that works well for both groups and families. I’d definitely come back to try more dishes.

My friends and I wanted to try this hidden gem that is located in Festival Plaza. Popcorn chicken: This was crispy and was delicious even without the sauce on the side. Fried String Bean: Has flavor and was cooked to perfection that everyone loved it. Mahi Mahi Duo Wuva Hibachi Bowl: This was absolutely a unique dish and you should definitely give it a try. I got this dish with noodles and it was a perfect choice. Pickled Cabbage Fish Soup: I thought this soup would be like any other fish restaurant. However, this is one of the best fish soups I have ever had in the East Coast. I strongly recommend this soup if you like fish soup. We got this with a little spice because of my sensitive stomach and it was perfect. Staff: The staff here are friendly and greet you when you enter. They are knowledgeable about the menu items and give wonderful suggestions. Overall: My friends and I would definitely come back to try other appetizers and Wuva Hibachi Bowls.

The ordering process was fast, and the food came out quickly, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal or when you’re short on time. While Wu’s is known for its seafood specialties, the hibachi bowls are definitely worth checking out. If you’re in Edison and want something that’s delicious, convenient, and filling, Wu’s Fish House is a solid choice. I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu.

We ordered 3 things, the pickled cabbage fish soup with black cod, the scallion noodles, and spicy diced chicken. The soup was really good. Don’t hate on sour soup until you try it, trust. We did 1 on the spice and peppercorns, 2 on sour. That came out well. Our waitress recommended the black cod. The crispy chicken was excellent. Crispy and fragrant

Food was perfection, like not a single bad dish! Sweet and sour branzino, perfectly fried and the sauce is well seasoned. Hibachi shrimp was delicious. Scallion noodle especially is extremely additive. Service was amazing! We got food so swiftly. Perfect place to bring friends and family. Well decorated and lit!
